Description
Experience the Cinque Terre coast by boat and take in gorgeous views of terraced vineyards, charming colourful buildings and beautiful landscapes from the sea.
Make time to stop at Riomaggiore or Portovenere, then Monterosso, and Vernazza along the way. Start at La Spezia's harbor and sail through the Gulf of the Poets for a different perspective of all the towns and villages.
Sailing to your first stop: Riomaggiore or Portovenere (depending on tour availability). You'll have some time to explore the magical ancient fishing villages of the area.
In Monterosso al Mare, explore the medieval historic center and marvel at the parish church dedicated to St. John, the Baptist.
We then continue towards Vernazza, the pearl of the Cinque Terre, built on a small rocky outcrop that ends at the sea with an imposing fortification system.
You will get to enjoy free time and take the chance to taste the local wine and food, or go for a swim in the crystal clear water of the Mediterranean before returning to La Spezia.

This itinerary covers a lot of ground. The one-day adventure starts with an (optional) hike from Monterosso, lunch in Levanto, and sightseeing around the historic town.

This one-day adventure starts with a ferry ride (from either Cinque Terre or La Spezia) and includes panoramic lookouts, historic landmarks, cultural sights, charming old town streets, beaches, and a picturesque harbor.
The day continues with sightseeing, historic landmarks and views, or an optional loop hike from Portovenere, and a stop for lunch with spectacular sea views.
