Are the travel guides and itineraries seasonal?
It’s common for Italian tourist businesses, tours, and activities to close during the low season. Our itineraries and travel guides (unless otherwise stated) are therefore best used from May to September.
Outside of these months, you can still make use of the itineraries, but some suggested activities may be closed.
Are all the itineraries different?
Some of the itineraries contain similar activities and schedules.
For example, the “2 Days All Villages Cinque Terre Itinerary” is very similar to the first two days of the “3 Days – Cinque Terre & Levanto Itinerary”.
Are the travel itineraries available in multilanguage?
Currently, the PDF downloads and interactive maps are available in English only.
How can I buy a premade itinerary?
You can select your itinerary above using the Buy Now button. You will then be connected to an order page. Fill in your details and pay by credit card using Stripe (secure payment gateway) or by using Paypal.
It is important that you provide an email address so that the order confirmation email with a download link is sent to you.
How will I get my premade itinerary?
Once you’ve made payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with a download link. The link is sent automatically and should arrive within 10 minutes of your purchase. Occasionally technical issues may cause a delay. Normally the order confirmation email will go to your inbox. But it may go to your junk or spam folder.
When should I buy my premade itinerary?
It is best to buy your itinerary at least a few days ahead of your trip. This will give you time to browse the information and make any advanced bookings (e.g. restaurants and tours). This also gives us time in case of any technical issues with your download.
How long after purchase is the download link available for use?
The download link will be active for one month after purchase. Once downloaded to your device, you will have access to it from your device storage/folders.
What happens if I don’t receive the download link?
If you don’t receive the order confirmation email and download link within 3 hours, then check your junk or spam folder. You should also check that your credit card/debit card payment was processed.

Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of electronic and digital products, refunds are only provided if the download link/email was not sent.
I made a mistake and bought the wrong itinerary. What do I do?
If you made a genuine mistake, then do not click on the download link. We can track and confirm all downloads.
Immediately send an email (hello@laspeziaguide.com). Include your order number, email address and explain the problem, and confirm which itinerary you want instead.
If there is a price difference, then we will let you know how to proceed.
If there is no price difference, we will send a new email with a different download link.
We’re a small business and don’t have 24/7 service. But we typically respond to queries within 48 hours.
Can I share the itinerary with my friends and family
The download link can only be shared with your immediate travel group only.
